DAY 1: ARRIVAL – SIEM REAP – CITY TOURS(L/D)

Welcome to Siem Reap!

Your tour begins when you are warmly welcomed by our English Speaking Guide at Siem Reap International Airport. After you have collected your luggage he will then take you to your hotel for check in. You will transfer to visit Siem Reap Orientation visit local main shrine of PreahAngChheck/Chhom temple, and visit to Artisans D’Angkor focuses on training unschooled rural youth in traditional handicraft skills. Here you can discover traditional Cambodian handicraft skills and observe the artisans at work. Ancient techniques are still practiced here such as wood and stone carving, lacquering, gilding and silk painting. A guided tour will provide you with more insight into this organization and you may direct any questions to one of the artisans through your guide. Meet one of the experts from Artisans d’Angkor who will explain about the overall operations and their goals for the future. You will also learn more about the artisans’ backgrounds and how this training has helped them to get a head start in life. Afternoon we will continue to head out to visit West Barray, (the man-made lake built in 11th century) and the Killing Field of WatThmei. Accommodation in Siem Reap

DAY 2: SIEM REAP – DISCOVERY OF THE HEART OF ANGKOR (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel, enter this last capital of the Khmer empire through the Southern Gate where giant carvings of gods and demons flank each side of the entrance. Inside this great city, explore the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and Terrace of Leper King. Feel the serenity that exudes from the stone face carvings of the Bayonand temple walls covered in emerald-green moss intertwined with roots which many deem the most charming of all, Ta Prohm. Afternoon we visit Angkor Wat – one of the wonder of the world. End the day with the climb to the summit of Bakheng Mountain or Pre Rup Temple to view a spectacular sunset. After Dinner take an hour to visit night market in Siem Reap Town. Accommodation in Siem Reap

DAY 3: SIEM REAP – KULEN MOUNTAIN – TONLE SAP LAKE           (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel, this morning we enjoy a drive out from Siem Reap to Phnom Kulen. Walk along the sacred river "thousands lingas" whose waters are considered since ancient times and the bottom of which are carved hundreds of figurines of Indian deities and sacred symbols - lingas. Transfer to the sacred mountain Phnom Kulen and visiting the temple on the mountain. Then move to the waterfall (provided for swimming). Enjoy packed Indian lunch near waterfall.

Option 1 – Validity Whole Years around

Afternoon, we climb down and continue to enjoy a wooden boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake to Chong Kneas visit the floating village that completes with schools, hospitals, restaurants, shops and floating crocodile farm. Afternoon we visit the local Market in Siem Reap city.

Option 2 – Validity from October – March

This afternoon we visit the famous Tonle Sap Lake, KampungPlukk on a boat trip out. This shallow lake boats the largest natural fresh water body in Southeast Asia and flows into the Tonle Sap River which joins the Mekong River in Phnom Penh. The traditional boat navigates along a small river towards the gigantesque lake, giving us a chance to explore floating village, local life style, friendly children in small boats and fishermen pulling in morning catch close up.

DAY 4: SIEM REAP – DEPARTURE      (B)

Breakfast at hotel, free at leisure until time for transfer to airport for departure flight. End of service
